I had a wonderful stay at Muyan Suites. Their check in/check out was super smooth, my bags were immediately taken to my room. My stay included breakfast and a wonderful view. It was great having tea, a sampler of baked goods and a hearty omelette everyday. What I liked most is the personalised service Muyan suites provided. I was always greeted with a smile from whoever was at the front desk. The day I checked out I had requested them to store my luggage as my flight was much later, and while I waited for my airport shuttle I was offered tea/coffee. It’s the little things that matter. I will not hesitate to come back. Also, the location is truly ideal to all the tourist spots like Blue mosque, Hagia Sophia and grand bazaar.

Very nice boutique hotel. Located very close to main sights, on a quiet street. Nice spacious rooms. Delicious breakfast and beautiful view from the breakfast room. Will be happy to stay again.

We really liked this small, family style hotel. The staff was so kind and helpful, and even offered to make us breakfast sandwiches since our flight was too early for breakfast service. The bed was comfortable, and the view from the top floor is beautiful. Highly recommend.

Very nice, very comfortable little hotel in the perfect location. Just a few minutes walk to all of the major sites in Istanbul. Nice breakfast on the top floor with a view of the water. Excellent service.

Fint hotel, udemærket morgenmad og hjælpsomt personale. Sorg for selv at booke hamam og andet da de alene anbefaler efter deres samarbejdsaftaler. Sørg også selv for lufthavnstransport, da de tager uhyrlige overpriser. Måske det er standard i Istanbul.

Superbe séjour à l'hôtel Muyan, petit hôtel très charmant à taille humaine, tout le personnel est extrêmement dévoué et gentil, du service cuisine, ménage et réceptionniste sont extras. Hamra parle très bien français et nous a beaucoup éclairé sur pas de mal de points. L'hôtel est extrêmement propre et très bien situé. Nos reviendrons avec plaisir

We had a lovely 2 night stay here. The staff were very kind and knowledgeable. The accommodation is very traditional, a very pleasant change from the normal hotels we stay in.

Overall, it was a great stay. Hotel staff and ownership is very personable and helpful. Location of hotel is fabulous and most sites in short walking distance. Breakfast, which is included, is quite good and even though they say it is continental, you can get eggs and omelets upon request. Owners are visible and engaged and very friendly and helpful. When we return to Istanbul, we will stay at Muyan again. Thank you for a great stay.

Très bon accueil. Après la 2ieme nuit une chambre au dernier étage nous a été offert sans frais. Tout le personnel est avenant et disponible pour notre séjour. Le déjeuner avec accès à une terrasse dont la vue est superbe est disponible. Chaque matin un choix d’œufs et autre nous était offert. En plus de cafés turcs! À quelques minutes de marche des principaux attraits de Sulthanamet! Vraiment je recommande cet hébergement!

Personel çok ilgiliydi. Oda ve genel alanlar temiz oda geniş ve rahattı. Kahvaltı oldukça yeterli kahve kalitesi güzeldi. Memnun olarak ayrıldım.

The property was in a great location. Witnessed some street repairs which was good. Good view of the harbour. Everything within walking distance as long as you are reasonably fit. Owner and staff very friendly. Good choice of breakfast. One suggestion would be to reduce sizes of margarine and marmalade tubs to avoid waste.

Great owner, staff, location and rooms set up. The staff was perhaps most friendly and helpful out of all I have encountered in Turkey. The owner makes sure to engage with guests at breakfast each day. I made a few suggestions and unlike how many others act i.e. become defensive, the owner was very receptive and said he will look into those. He appreciated feedback. Before going I was thinking the hotel is very expensive, but the comfort and service we got, has convinced me to chose this hotel when we visit Istanbul again. I want to again emphasize on the fact that the staff members of all departments are extremely friendly. I have stayed in many hotels in Istanbul and generally Turkey and staff or none of those matches Muyan Suites. Only one suggestion that I forgot to pass in person is to have options of different lights in bedrooms. There should be dimmers as well.

had a great rest in there. employees are kindness, helpful and have hospitality. morning buffet also nice. they cooked for me omelette with special ingredients. was so good. i ate these in balcony for landscape of ocean view.

Brilliant staff members who are always willing to go out their way to help customers. Breakfast variety is good and breakfast is delicious. The hotel is at a short distance to the attractions in Sultanahmet, it usually takes 5 minutes to walk. There are good restaurants surrounding the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious.

We had the best time ever on this trip while staying at muyan suites. The owner Haci was always present at breakfast and always made us feel welcome. The staff were super nice. Humza, yahya, umair and all the rest of the staff have been so great helpful and kind. We had everything we needed whene ver we requested anything. Breakfast was superb and fresh. We would highly recommend muyan suites to friends and family. We wish them all the success tor the future. If we were to visit istabul again we would most certainly stay at muyan suutes.

The property owner was present daily to address our needs, being presnt at the daily breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful with navigating the local area, giving suggestions and mapping locations to travel too.They were also helpful in dealing with the local transportation hurdles.

Ein kleines schnukeliges Hotel zentral im europäischen Istanbul gelegen (5 Minuten zur blauen Moschee,Topkapi-Palast und dem Großen Basar). Super nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal sowie Geschäftsführer. An erster steht hier definitiv die vollste Zufriedenheit des Gastes. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an sehr wohlgefühlt. Einen offiziellen Parkplatz hat das Hotel nicht; aber selbst hierfür findet das Hotel eine Lösung. Schlüssel abgeben und dann wird für das Auto ein Parkplatz gefunden. Das leckere Frühstücks-Buffet gibt es im 4 Stock über den Dächern Istanbuls. Auf Wunsch gibt es Rührei, Omelette, Spiegelei oder Pancakes ohne Aufpreis serviert! Wir hatten ursprünglich ein Einzelzimmer mit drei Betten bestellt; da uns aber der Ausblick auf den Innenhof nicht gefallen hat, wurde ohne große Zuzahlung ein Upgrade auf die Familien-Suite mit zwei Zimmern ermöglicht. Alle Koffer wurden vom Personal vom Auto ins Zimmer getragen. Wir waren von der gastfreundlichen Art des Hotels sehr begeistert und geben erstmals die volle Punktzahl. 😎 PS: Ein extra Dankeschön geht an Hamsa an der Rezeption, der unglaublich hilfsbereit und sehr nett war. 🔝

L’hotel si trova in buona posizione ed è molto comodo per visitare i monumenti di Sultanhamet e molto vicino anche ai mezzi pubblici (linea T1 in particolare). Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile e la colazione di buona qualità (la colazione viene servita al 4 piano con vista sul Bosforo). Purtroppo ci è stata assegnata una camera che, secondo me, non rispecchia lo standard dell’hotel (camera con 3 1/2 posti letto mentre noi eravamo in 4, finestra con vista su un muro e macchinari clima: in pratica non si vedeva il cielo! Bagno male odorante) quindi la valutazione non può essere al massimo. Quando viene assegnata una camera dovrebbe essere sempre la migliore a disposizione; se dopo che viene fatta la recensione mi comunichi che se avessi chiesto mi sarebbe stata sostituita la camera, allora viene da chiedersi: perché non mi hai assegnato subito la miglior camera se era disponibile?
