Staff is really helpful and kid. They helped us book a car back to airport. Everything is walkable and convinent from the hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights in a clean quiet room overlooking the sea and close to everything. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the breakfast with lots to choose from. We highly recommend this great hotel!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect - central to all the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot or by public transport. The rooms were spotless, and had all the amenities I needed to feel comfortable.
What made my stay truly memorable was the fantastic hotel staff. They went above and beyond to help me make the most of my visit. They provided me with excellent recommendations on where to go and what to avoid, saving me from common tourist traps and helping me find authentic spots around the city. I had a specific location in mind to visit, and the staff took the time to help me plan the best route, making sure I could get there smoothly.
I can't recommend this place enough - if you're looking for a great stay in Istanbul with attentive service, this hotel is an excellent choice!

This is a cozy hotel in the old town. Walking distance to tourist attractions: Blue Mosque, Hagis Sophia, Grand Bazar. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect stay for a couple of days.

Very well situated, clean, well organized, great buffet for breakfast. What made it a really nice experience was the staff, who volunteered very useful information about places to visit and how to get there easily, as soon as we had arrived. This was enormously useful and madw our visit enjoyable.

Great stay at the Zeyn Hotel! Staff was so helpful, beautiful view of the sea from our window, 10 minute walk to many sites, markets and restaurants all easy to get to for good food. The walk to the tram is a bit steep, but not far. Really enjoyed Istanbul and the Zeyn!

Our 5-night stay at Zeyn Otel in Fatih was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! From the moment we arrived – hours before check-in – the hospitality was outstanding. Selçuk, the affable and incredibly helpful manager, welcomed us with such warmth and offered us a complimentary breakfast to start our trip right. This gesture alone set the tone for the exceptional service we experienced throughout our stay.
The Turkish breakfast spread each morning was impressive and delicious, offering a wide range of options from fresh olives, cheeses, and tomatoes to fluffy bread, honey, and a selection of jams. There were also eggs, a variety of pastries, and, of course, that famous Turkish tea. It was the perfect way to fuel up before a day of sightseeing and added such a local touch to our experience.
The entire team, including Tarik, Mahmoud, Azad, and Eddie, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They provided excellent tips on local excursions and recommended some fantastic restaurants, which made exploring the city even better. The location was perfect for sightseeing, with easy access to all the major attractions.
Our twin room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Zeyn Otel has a cosy, welcoming vibe that made it feel like a home away from home. I can’t recommend this hotel enough – if you’re looking for a place with genuine hospitality and a team that truly cares about its guests, Zeyn Otel is the one! Thank you, Selçuk and team. Zeyn Hotel was amazing! They were so kind and helpful. Location was great for exploring the tourist areas and walkable to the tourist sites and public transit. Breakfast was also delicious!

I stayed with my mother at the hotel and to our delight the hotel is in the vicinity of major attractions. The hotel staff were very nice and explained many times and also gave us complementary water, tea and coffee, and a scarf to cover our heads when we were going to mosque.

Our stay at Zeyn Otel truly made our trip to Istanbul unforgettable! Not only was the location incredibly convenient - just a short 5-minute stroll from the magnificent Blue Mosque and a stone's throw from the bustling heart of Sultanahmet - but the staff were absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience.
If you're looking for a truly authentic Istanbul experience with a personal touch, I highly recommend Zeyn Otel. You won't be disappointed!

Very friendly staff and convenient access to popular sites like the Blue Mosque. The buffet-style breakfast was especially delicious! Thank you for the lovely souvenir!

Location not far from major attractions, but not good for older people since getting anywhere involves a lot of climbing on cobblestone streets. Location on small street difficult to locate without google maps.

Zeyn is 10 minutes walk from all the T1 line, bazaar, the Blue mosque/Hagia/Cistern/Topkapi area, many restaurants with sea and sunset view within 5 minutes. Recently renovated or perfectly maintained, maybe the TV antenna could get some attention for those who need some music background. Best are the manager and staff. No wish is rejected, we enjoyed the Hamam they recommended and booked for us, and got a free late checkout when requested. Friendly to all guests, most of the times time we were leaving or returning even the manager was present and chatting with us and other guests. Kind of visiting relatives feeling.

The staffs are great and welcoming. The room is very clean and also the price is very affordable compared to the nearby hotels. I highly recommend the place for anyone visiting.

This place was great. The staff was welcoming and also gave me a beautiful gift scarf in case I visited the inside of some of the mosques around the area. The room was clean and comfortable. I have huge issues with beds in most places I stay and this one was actually comfortable! I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

Hotel is very quiet and is in a good area close to the main tourist attractions.

The room and property are simple and clean. The staff is outstanding. Greeted pleasantly every time we entered and left. They are incredibly helpful and pleasant. They gifted my wife with a shawl to enter the mosques which she forgot at home. Gave us great advice where to shop and eat. Heard us getting off the elevator when we were leaving and immediately helped carry our bags to the taxi outside. Can’t say enough about the staff at this place.

The staffs were super kind. They were the most kind staffs that I have ever met at hotels in my life.
But our room was too small. We didn’t have space for two cabin carriers. Bathroom was also so tiny.
Other than the size, overall quality was ok. I would say our room was suit for one person not two.
Its location was not that good. It is quite close to a tram station but it is on a steep hill, so it was not convenient.

Wir waren 3 Nächte im Zeyn Hotel. Das Personal hat uns supernett empfangen und betreut, als wir Fragen hatten. Die Zimmer waren groß genug und sehr sauber! Auch Bad und Toilette waren sehr sauber. Ganz besonders toll fanden wir das sehr reichhaltige Frühstück. Wenn wir etwas kritisches sagen sollen, ist es nur, dass die Klimaanlage im Frühstücksraum sehr kalt eingestellt war.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Beautiful hotel! One of the best that I have stayed in! Extremely helpful and kind staff. The manager even gave me a scarf to remember Istanbul. I highly recommend this hotel as it's the best one that I stayed in. In addition, the breakfast is luxurious with many options.

The room was great, it was an awesome set up for us and had a view of the sea. The staff was excellent and helpful. They gave recommendations of what to see and were very kind. The owner was present on Friday and gave my daughter a small gift, which was really nice. I liked that the location allow us to walk everywhere. One unique thing was that I could see the Blue Mosque from our room and here the call to prayer in the morning and evening. Coming from the US, this was a special part of experiencing the culture of Turkey.

I paid about $150 per night for an economy room, which I think may be on the lower range in comparison to other places in Istanbul City Centre. Staff were absolutely pleasant, friendly and helpful. They helped me recover an item I had left in the taxi they scheduled from the airport. The room was too small for two people. There was barely space to pass from one side of the room to the other (you had to turn your body sideways to make it), where the bathroom was. Suitcase had to be rolled above the bed to move it to the other side of the room. Apart from listing the 9 m2 of the room, I'd suggest also showing a picture of the space between the bed and the wall. I believe this is more a room for one person/solo travellers, does not fit 2 comfortably. The room was old and without much natural light. However, it was very clean. We also got complementary water and coffee in the room everyday. Some of the streets leading to the hotel felt unsafe, although I don't think they actually were. However, women traveling alone could feel uneasy, mostly during late hours of the night. The location of the hotel is otherwise absolutely convenient. Key landmarks such as Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi palace are within 10 - 12 min walk. Breakfast was included and felt very complete.

The manager and front office staff were incredibly kind, hospitable and attentive. Rooms were a little bit small, but all the amenities worked well. Right next to a mosque. I found the call to early morning prayers a delight but some folks may find it disturbing so early in the morning. Great location for Hagia Sofia, the Blue Mosque, shopping and Museums

We had a wonderful stay at Zeyn Hotel. We recommend every tourist to come there. Staff guided us through our trip and they made sure our stay is comfortable. The only thing I can say is that you will walk hills around the hotel. 😮💨
Otherwise you can try to go around but it will be a detour.

직원들이 정말 친절했습니다. 이스탄불 명소를 설명해주고 지도도 주셨고, 사원에 들어갈때 필요한 머리수건도 선물로 주셨어요. 트램역까지 비포장 오르막길인 것이 힘들긴 했지만 험난한 이스탄불 여행 중 가장 띠뜻했던 기억이었습니다. 조식 퀄리티도 괜찮았고, 청결했어요.

Just departed Istanbul. Had a 5 day stay at Zeyn hotel. It was absolutely lovely. The manager and staff were courteous, responsive, and went above and beyond to make not only my stay in the hotel, but also my stay in Istanbul a pleasant and fulfilling experience. I can't recommend this hotel enough if one is traveling to Istanbul. The location and the convenience it provides to important locations in Istanbul can't be overstated. This hotel and my experience in it constitutes part of the many things I'll miss about my visit to Istanbul. Next time I visit Istanbul I'll be surely be staying there again.

We were welcomed with kindness and genuine empathy from the moment we arrived. The manager went above and beyond by offering thoughtful recommendations for exploring the city, ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible, bringing medicine if we caught the flu, or offering honey, lemons, and tea—anything to make us feel comfortable and welcome. It’s rare to meet someone who truly cares about their guests, which makes all the difference.
I can only wish that every hotel had a manager like him. His genuine care, attention to detail, and kindness made our stay unforgettable. In a world where genuine hospitality can sometimes feel rare, he stands out as someone who goes beyond the expected, treating guests not just as clients but as valued individuals. If all managers were like him, traveling would always feel like coming home. We are deeply grateful for the warmth and compassion he showed us, and we will carry that feeling with us long after our stay.
