모스크랑 가깝고 트램타는곳도 거의바로 앞이라 이동하기에 어렵지않았어요! 다만 오실때 식당골목 돌길로오지말고 걍 직진해서 살짝 돌아오는편이 땅이 평평해서 좋아요... 식당골목 호객행위 좀 많습니다.. 작지만 직원분들이 매우친절해서 좋았어요! 화장실도 깨끗하고 냉장고도있었나? 여튼 추천해용! 아 조식먹을때 안쪽에 앉는게 나아요..비둘기공격받아요 ㅠ

It was very convenient to go everywhere. The staff members were almost nice except some staff. The bed was comfortable. I didn’t have time to use the restaurant, but Ayasofya view was very nice. I wish I had a chance to dine there. They have a lovely cat, she slept on my lap, which was amazing. I want to stay again next time I go to Istanbul.

This is my second stay at And Hotel. Very nice hotel with an excellent terrace restaurant - with a beautiful view of Aya Sophia and Blue Mosque as well as the Bosphorus straight. Only a 5 minute walk from Aya Sophia, Blue Mosque and the Roman Cistern. Metro-tram stop just a few more steps away, also the hop-on bus "stop 1" is a 5 minute walk

Fantastic hotel, very helpful and friendly staff, ideal location for visitors, very short walk to the cistern, blue mosque etc. very handy for tram stop for going further away too. Superb views from the hotel restaurant although it is a bit pricey to eat there, even for Istanbul prices. Apart from that it really is a superb hotel in a fantastic location!

Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen. Service war hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und sauber. Das Restaurant ist auf jeden Fall aufzusuchen und alles in allem empfehlen wir das Hotel gern weiter.

In centre of the city, everything walkable and 5 mins to tram stop Panoramic restaurant , great views and food. All staff friendly and helpful, especially Necati.Roons are olderstyle but bed is comfy

Great place to stay for location. Walking distance to everything. Loved the location. The hotel is an older building it is not renovated but it is maintained well. Everything was clean.

The location is fantastic. It is right in the middle of the tourist District and has a great balcony view Hagia Sophia. The rooms are clean, but very small. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The drawback about me so close to being woken up every morning at about 4:40 AM to call to prayer.

My stay of three nights at the Arm Hotel was a pleasure. The location of the hotel, within a 5 or 10 minute walk to the Hagia Sophia, the Basilica Cistern, and the Blue Mosque, was perfect for getting to these popular places early enough to beat the more crowded times. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful with advice, and willing to take the time to make sure I was getting good answers to questions, even with those staff whose English is less fluent. The view from the restaurant was as advertised, and the food choices were very good. In the early evening, there were loud, joyful performances with people in costume that geared for tourists in the small park just next to the hotel. These performances never went into the later evening and the neighborhood was quiet during sleeping hours. My visit was in early March, and things may be different during peak tourist season, or outside of Ramadan. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, even friends and family.

Location is perfect. Hotel staffs they are accommodating and allowed me to check in early and extend another hour for my check out, thanks Necati (Manager) and Ugur. The service was excellent.... specail thanks to Unal, Taha and Nevin. Overall, I had a great experience.

O atendimento geral foi bom. Contudo, na terceira noite, ar condicionado passou para aquecimento. Contatei a recepção e selecionaram para frio. Durante o dia, quando isso aconteceu, três vezes, foi solucionado com cortesia.Na penúltima noite, as 02:30h, acordei com um calor terrível. Fui verificar e a temperatura estava em 33 graus. Tínhamos ido dormir com a temperatura de 17 graus. Contatei a recepção e foi necessário descer para que fosse feita a seleção. Na última noite, apesar decaídas as súplicas que fiz, aconteceu novamente e o responsável pela recepção no período noturno se quer tentou reverter. Não dormimos com o calor do quarto. Esse senhor tem um tratamento soberbo com os hóspedes. Tratei um transfer no Brasil e precisa de uma informação é pedi o auxílio dele. Por não ter contratado com o hotel, desprezou as minhas duvidas. Os atendes da manhã e da tarde são corteses e profissionais, mas o da noite não! No café da manhã é necessário que a gente solicite a limpeza e manutenção da máquina de café, entre outras. O banheiro não tem iluminação externa, nem luz de emergência. No caso de falta de luz há perigo de acidentes. O ponto alto é a localização.

Rooms match the neighborhood. The service was so good I didn’t care much about the room. Ozan the bellman wA definitely my great person there. He was kind, went out of his way and made me feel at home. The manager Nejati was very professional and gave us exceptional service. Front desk- Murat made we got a room that was good for 3 people. Suleiman in the coffee shop made great hookah’s.. So this place is not fancy or modern but it’s all about service.. They will treat like a 5 star VIP.

Location is top notch and absolutely lovely staff! Literally 2 minutes to everything, you can see the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque from the restaurant terrace while having the lovely breakfast (included). The rooms themselves need a bit of refresh, a bit dated but such a nice and helpful staff that make your stay super comfortable. They made sandwiches for our 3 AM departure :)

Great Location metres from Sophia Mosque. Breakfast is plentiful if you are European. As Australians, we did not find anything that we could eat...not even normal bread to make toast. I couldn't get Yoghurt & fresh fruit. Restaurant seemed popular at night but the cost was more than double of what we pay on OZ. Room was OK but the Hotel is dated and the staff struggle with English. I found it disturbing that apart from a cleaner, there were no Female staff. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but people need to be prepared for the negatives.

This hotel has the most awesome view of Haga Sophia. You can see this landmark building up close right from your room. I am convinced no other hotel has a better view of the Haga Sophia. I enjoyed my stay tremendously. The room was attractively furnished , very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke English eloquently. The breakfast room had a splendid view. But it was the view from the room that thrilled me - the rooms have a ceiling to floor window which gives you a mind blowing view.

이스탄불의 최고호텔! 뷰가 짱이예요. 360도 파노라마 뷰를 테라스에서 즐길수있어요. 방에서 술탄아흐멧. 아야소피아 다 보입니다 전망 최고예요. 방은 조금 작지만 뷰로 모든걸 다 만회됩니다. Highly recommendable. I will love to stay here again when I visit to Istanbul again. Absolutely fantastic view and nicest staff. I guess it is the best view in old city. Very close to the tram station and two the important mosques. The breakfast is good. Everything was perfect!

The hotel does not honor the room you book. Even if you confirm with the hotel and you think you are getting a room with a balcony and view of hagia sofia, you are very likely not. You have been warned.

Отель очень понравился. Расположение великолепное - из окон открывается панорама на основные достопримечательности. Небольшой, очень уютный, атмосферный. Персонал очень участливый и доброжелательный. Кухня - один из лучших наших гастрономических экспериментов в Стамбуле. Когда буду в Стамбуле, обязательно вернусь сюда
