깔끔하지만 노후가 심하고 벽에 작은개미같은 벌레들이 왔다갔다해요~^^ 잠깐 머물기에 추천~!

관광하기 좋은 위치에 있어 걸어서 다니기에 편리했다. 우리가 묵은곳은 4층으로 햇볏도 잘들었고 건물이 오래 되었는데도 청소상태와 침구류는 깨끗했다.
직원들이 모두 친절했고 조식은 기대 않하는게 좋을것 같다.
오는날 짐보관을 오랬동안 해주었고 픽업차량을 소개 해줘서 편리하게 공항까지 올수 있었다. 감사합니다.![]()

It is in a city, so the building is a little older as expected. Good Location as it's right outside the Old Quarter. Our room was very spacious. It was very nice and clean. Staff was great!

Our family of 6 stayed here for 2 nights. Great location with walking distance to all the main attractions. The staff here are very friendly and professional. Our rooms were spacious, clean and provided everything we needed. Our rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and coffee/tea/water topped up. Buffet breakfast was good with a variety of food to choose from. When booking online the photos of the hotel are exactly how they are. You get what you pay for. Our family very much enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return. I highly recommended this hotel. Thank you to all the staff, job well done.

We arrived way to early to check in (7 AM) but the staff made it so comfortable for us. We could eat the amazing breakfast (great selection of Vietnamese and western food), hang out in the restaurant and the room was ready way earlier than the official check in time. The room was nice:clean, good bed, great shower and was located in the seven floor so we had a great view.

A great hotel to stay! Me and my friend stayed in the Royal palace while exploring Hanoi for a week. From the moment we stepped in we received an amazing service. The location of the hotel is really good. The room was really nice and clean, with a nice bathroom too and the breakfast buffet had a different selection of food. However,what made our stay so much more comfortable was all the hotel team. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They spent their time to give us lots of advices on places to visit, and to answer patently to all our questions. They made available for us a variety of trips,tours and activities which were cheap,fun, exciting and gave us the chance to see some of Vietnam's beautiful places. All to say that we had an amazing experience. I would definitely come back and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Honestly the hotel was normal in respects to the building and facilities. Room very clean and perfect service. What you would expect in a very clean, serviced and well kept Hotel in a Western Country. But the staff were were better than good they were exceptional. Nothing was a problem when you required assistance with anything. They went out of there way to make you feel comfortable and looked after. I could stay in a 5 star hotel but they are what I have experienced in my travels just a facade with no character. This hotel felt like a home away from home and a safe one too in the center of a foreign city. It had everything you needed from clean rooms, comfortable bed, tv with all working channels, wifi, hot flowing shower and a great manager who's name is Alex who will make your holiday in Hanoi and surrounding areas a great experience.

Vi bodde i 3 netter fra 27. november til 1. desember, de ordnet vår spesielle forespørsel og alt var i orden. Vi er imponert over kundeservicen som jentene i skranken ga, de er hjelpsomme og alltid smilende. .. De fikk oss til å føle oss så spesielle og ivaretok alle våre behov. De snakker godt engelsk, selv om det er et lite hotell, tjenesten vi fikk er virkelig utmerket!!! Vil komme tilbake igjen. Tusen takk for at du gjorde oppholdet vårt hyggelig.

Royal Palace located in the Old Quarter. It's a new hotel, clean and pleasant. The rooms are big , modern, clean ,with all the facilities you need and the buffet breakfast is fresh and tasty.
The day manager, Jimmi is professional ,helpful, patient and caring. He assisted us a lot during our stay without pushing anything and provided us with very good advices and options.
We felt at hoom and our stay there was wonderful.

We are from Canada. We have already experienced a very interesting trip in Vietnam after having heard about Vietnam for long, an old beauty with traditional cultural values.
Our family decided to make a tour to Vietnam. The 1st destination was HaNoi, the capital of Vietnam. It’s amazing and beautiful.
We booked a room in the hotel Royal palace for 6 nights. This hotel has a good location. On the day we came, at the door of the hotel, we met the duty manager Jimmi. He was so polite and responsible.
Everything there is so good and elegant. The rooms are clean and neat with nice arrangement. Equipment is new and modern. And the most impressive thing to us is the attitude of the staffs. We planned to go other places in the North of Vietnam like Halong, Perfume pagoda, Hoa Lu-Tam Coc. I asked the receptionists how to do a tour to those. What we received was really more than I expected. Not only were they welcomed to the customers, but also very very enthusiastic. If I did not make a mistake, the receptionist named Jennie was very helpful because we needed much help from her in planning our tour. Also, Huong and others were good at doing their jobs.
This hotel should be recommended for our relatives or our friends each time they go to Vietnam

Nous avons passé 5 nuits au palais royal et une autre nuit sur la baie d'Halong, toutes organisées en ligne via Jimmi avant notre arrivée. C'était une excellente introduction au Vietnam d'avoir un si bon service. La croisière organisée était vraiment bonne et comme nous avons dû renégocier le forfait à cause d'une journée de croisière en moins, tout s'est fait facilement et sans problème.

I highly recommend this hotel for those who are looking for a lovely trip to Vietnam, this is the perfect place. The hotel is so perfectly situated at the centre of Hanoi Old Quarter. The breakfast is included and served in a lovely spot, and everything just makes for a very pleasant stay.
The staff at Royal palace is so lovely, probably the best I have ever met. We organized trips on Halong Bay and Sapa through them (I would highly recommend arranging your trips here)and it was surprised! Every thing running smoothly. They gave us a great vacation! Especially the manager, he always went out of his way to help us with anything we might need.
If you expect to stay in a 5 star hotel, this is obviously not the right place for you. But we would definitely stay here again. Excellent value for money!

Very welcoming, accomodating professional and friendly staff. The decor is very pleasing, modern and fresh. The location and atmosphere are great. The food terrific. Tours booked from here are authentic and reputable. We were extremely pleased with everything offered at The Royal palace hotel. The duty manager is an asset to this hotel. Highly recommended.

Everything about this hotel was spot on. Jimmi and his staff are friendly, helpful and very professional. The hotel is quite new and has a lift, a safe in the room, a huge comfy bed and a big flat screen tv. The detailed maps we were given, came in handy for when we got lost getting in to and out of the Old Quarter. On Jimmi recommendation, we went to the NGM restaurant, near the Hoa Lo prison, and had the most delicious (and cheap) Vietnamese meal. Jimmi organised our trip to Halong Bay and our flight to Danang. The hotel also looked after our large packs (at no cost) while we were In Halong Bay. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone with a US$60.00 a night budget.

The Royal Palace Hotel - in the old quarter is a gem of Hanoi! In addition to perfectly kept rooms, tour advice and help, a restaurant that makes some of the best stir-fry i have had in country, and full amenities - the staff is really what makes this a must-stay! I have never been taken care of so thoughtfully and with more consideration - quite possibly anywhere in the world! They are sources on everything you might need to know in the city and around the country but more impressive is their willingness to go above and far beyond to make the stay comfortable. Whether it is walking you around the corner to recommend street food and restaurants, giving tips on how to bargain, or arrange accomodations and travel once you leave Hanoi - they are without fail accessible and ready.

Hotel in de oude wijk van Hanoi heeft de beste locatie, vriendelijke dingen en grote kamers. Ontbijt was geweldig. De stad Hanoi is perfect. Ik geniet er echt van. Als zou er weer verblijven. Ze organiseren vervoer vanaf de luchthaven en het was de gemakkelijkste manier om naar het hotel te komen.

We stayed here for a couple of nights then had a tour to Halong Bay (also booked by the hotel) then back for one more night. The staff were: excellent, extremely helpful and never do enough for us. When we got back from Halong Bay, the room was just like waiting for us: aircon turned on, our luggage already put in the room.....wow! Excellent..!
After Halong Bay trip, we was so happy with the excellent arrangement of the hotel then we left all the rest of our program to the south of Vietnam for them to arrange. I have to say that they did a brilliant job, everything perfect and very good value for the price! The manager of the hotel, Mr. Jimmi, is absolutely great! He took care us all the time and always went out of his way to help us.
We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice centrally located hotel with helpful, friendly and honest staff. If you desire much higher standard find a hotel were you can pay for that, but we got what we paid for with exceeded expectation

We stayed in this hotel for 2 separate time slots ( 1 night and 2 nights), interrupted by a 3-day 2-night cruise in Ha Long Bay. The first room we got was on the top floor which the lift did not reach, but Mr.Alex carried our luggage for us at check-in and check-out. The room was small. It was generally clean and quiet, The second room we had was much better. It was on a lower floor which was served by the lift. The room was slightly bigger and the layout was more user friendly. The breakfast was a very nice buffet, mainly western food, but some Vietnamese food too. Highly Recommened!!

Todo fue genial, el gerente, Jimmy, fue muy amable y amable, nos ascendió a una habitación con balcón en el mismo hotel y fue genial. También nos ayudó a desayunar más temprano de lo habitual porque teníamos que ir temprano al aeropuerto. Volveremos a este acogedor hotel la próxima vez. ¡Los amo chicos!

We stayed at this hotel twice during our trip. As far as cleanliness, service by the staff, breakfast at the restaurant we were very satisfied. However the rooms we got during our stay were quite different. First time on the 3rd floor the room a litlle bit small but the second time I stayed in a deluxe room on the 4th floor with beautiful view from window.
We were picked up by the hotel taxi at the airport and had no problem finding the driver. Driver was driving quite fast and so friendly. Hotel is very close to the lake.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. They go on and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They have varieties of food for breakfast. The pillows and bedding are comfortable that we had great night sleep. It is also very close to Ho Guom Lake.

We stayed here 2 nights in November 2024 on our second trip to Vietnam. The staff were superb and can surpass even the best hotels in the world. The accomodation was just as advertised and was excellent value for money. We loved the breakfast -but everything was just better because the staff were committed to making the stay great -from the manager down. They went the extra mile to help us sort out some issues and the introduction to Vietnam and warm welcome was great!! Will definitely go back there!!

This fabulous hotel is in a great location. Rooms are clean with free snack, water, coffee, tea, welcome drink. The AC works wonderfully. Breakfast is included and one can choose from a wide variety of items. But the single best thing about this place is the staff. They are so welcoming, so friendly, so kind, and provide exceptional and personalized customer service second to none. From arranging trips to airport, or putting together excursion packages, to promptly bringing anything we need or ask for, to always having a smiling face on, to giving recommendation and drawing out maps, they were so lovely and easy to deal with. Must stay!

We stayed here during our trip in Hanoi. It was a Very good hotel with excellent service. The manager Jimmi, Very friendly, helped us with every step along the way and was Very reliable. Jennie always gives correct info and gives great tourist advice. It was a absolute pleasure staying in royal palace hotel!

We have spent 4 nights in total (3 1 after a one night break for a tour).
Wonderful staff and manager (Jimmy), everyone has great attention to the details and they do everything possible to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Everyone in the staff is worth a special mention from the customer managers, to the restaurant staff, the valets and the manager. You can really feel how much they value their customers and the structure.

We arrived at the hotel and the staff were waiting with a smile. One thing you need to adjust to in Hanoi and Vietnam in general is the order things are done. You arrive, you sit, have a coffee or water and wait for the process of checking you in to commence.
The Manager Jimmi was excellent and wasn't too pushy with lots of good advice and his English is good so this helps.
He arranged our Halong Bay tour and we took the higher priced option with Galaxy Cruisers. When it comes to Halong Bay and in fact any thing you are paying for the rule "you get what you pay for" is 100% correct. You go cheap you will experience cheap especially regarding tours and accommodation. That said accommodation is cheap and cheerful so do the research. Our Halong tour was fun if not a little rushed as they have a regimented clock work schedule to keep to. If you want chill then take the 3day 2night but if it's about seeing the bay and ticking the box the the 2day 1night will do the business. Note, it's a four hour bus ride so be prepared so take a snack and water. All said and done a great experience in the Bay, in Hanoi and staying at the Royal Palace.
The final thing, try the street food and I'm meaning the food cooked at the stalls on the footpath with the little seats that the locals all eat at. It's cheap and tasty and safe as the locals will demonstrate. Things to try. Bun Cha and Bhan Mi. Awesome food

I strongly recommend Royal Palace Hotel Hanoi because of its golden quality. The staffs were so friendly and helpful. They were willing to answer me questions about Hanoi. After daylong walking, I was pleased to see my clean and neat room in which I could enjoy night time and be ready for a new day.

It's in the old quarters to streets are crowded.
I had a room with two regular sized queen beds. All the space was occupied by the beds. So there is not a single chair to sit in. There is no mirror in the room.
They could either use a single Queen or two twins, but not teo queens

The staff is very friendly and helpful: the boys and girls at the reception, the restaurant staff.
The hotel is clean and very close to many good restaurants and touristic points
Jennie was very very helpful and friendly. She booked us two wonderful tours, Ninh Binh and Ha Giang. She is very client oriented and wants the best for her clients. She also arranged the train tickets for us. Big thank you, Jennie!

Nice little hotel to get out of the noise and chaos in Hanoi. Staff were very friendly and genuine. We organised tours to Ha Long and a taxi to the airport through them. Definitely one of the better hotels we stayed in in Vietnam. Recommend it for sure.

Centrally located at old quarters with accessibility to many food varieties and shops within walking distance. Room is clean and comfortable.Breakfast was also better than most hotels I've stayed in. I will be back nexxt time!

We loved every detail of the stay. Specially, the staff ( Sulli and Jimmy) at the reception were incredibly kind and they helped us plan activities and a trip to Sapa.

I was traveling one month in Vietnam and started my trip in Hanoi and between my trips I stayed at the hotel.
The staff was very friendly and help full. They booked everything for me from tours to airplane tickets and printed it on paper.
The hotel is very "home like place".
The breakfast is good too.
The location is good too, everything is very close.
You can book airport transport via the hotel too. Good to avoid all the scams waiting for you on the airport.
I will certainly stay in hotel when I return to Hanoi.
The staff were excellent. Mr Jim and his colleques did everything to make your stay very nice and comfortable. Very polite and good English.

위치는 좋아요 호안끼엠 호수를 걸어서 갈수있고 더 가까이에 성요셉 성당도 있고 기찻길 가깝고 그런데 아주 낡은 호텔입니다. 특히 욕실 보고 좀 놀랐어요. 그래도 직원들은 아주 친절합니다

The staff are very kind and helpful. if you need any recommendation for trips around Hanoi they will book the best tour for you. many spots in the old quartier are nearby.
