玄関や受付にいるスタッフが素晴らしく、親切にしてもらえました。
初めてのハノイ旅行でしたが、ホテルはあたりだと思います。また利用したいと考えてます。

The location was perfect, it was walking distance from the centre.
Rooms are not like pictures on the website. It is small and very dark inside. Lots of dust in under the bed. No lift to the 7th floor or no interconnecting rooms. Breakfast area is very small.

Great location, in the old quarter, just in the middle of everything. You can get by walk to all main places in Hanoi or even to take a public bus near by to get to the French Quarter in just 15 minutes.
Great service and breakfast, including eggs fresh made. It also count with laundry service really affordable and fast (in just one day).

The employees at the property are so nice and accommodating. I think this is the reason the property has good customers ratings. However, this is not a 4 star hotel. It is rundown and more like a basic older motel. However, it is in an excellent location so if you want service and good location, this place is for you. If you want an upper scale hotel with a nice room and good shower, this place is not for you.

窓周辺に蟻と白蟻が行進しているうえ、窓の直下に冷蔵庫があり、迂闊に物を置いておくと集ってきてました。
一見綺麗にしてあるので、防虫対策をやってもらいたいです。

Great location. Helpful staff. Was not prepared for how busy the streets are. Walking the street was chaotic at times besides that enjoyed our stay

The rooms are large and very clean. Breakfast included but not that good. We had booked for 3 nights and needed an additional 2 nights. We checked outto go on an overnight cruise which they booked for us and when we came back the next day they told us someone needed to stay in the room we were supposed to ha ve and they are fully booked. We had to find a hotel during a weekend high season.

My friend needed to visit a doctor during the trip and the receptionist told us a clinic where there is no doctor. The spa and facial are quite good. The location is quite good as it is not far away from the tourist spots.

Great location, staff and breakfast but very patchy internet especially when you work remotely. However the manager and staff tried their best to resolve the slow wi-fi issues while we stayed.

Honnestly great stay. Spent over two weeks here, staff was always friendly and nice, was able to have services such as breakfast, regularly cleaning the room and even laundry. View was great from the 6th floor with tons of space, Overall a great experience and location in the old quarter is about a 15 minute walk from the "downtown" of Hanoi making the price very reasonable

There are so many hotels in hanoi tbh. to me a walking distance to old quarters and decent food in very close to proximity of the hotel was the main driver of selecting this hotel. However, this hotel nearly surpassed all my expectations for a local hotel in vietnam for the money I paid.

Staff was courteous, always greeted me with a smile.
Staff opened the entrance door when I walk in and left the building. These little details made a big impact for me.
Staff was well trained
Well staffed- In peak hours there are like 5 people there ready to check you in.
Room:
The room was clean,
Bed: sheets pillows were clean.
They provided toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, shower cap, qtips, a razer to shave WITH shaving cream and much more.
The room had two safes.
Included: buffet breakfast
Cons- this was solely my experience and just my room.
1. The bathroom had this odor and I think it's coming from deep in the sewer. The bathroom itself was clean.
2. Breakfast - I know it's free but some of the dishes were unappetizing and selections were limited in my opinion.
Like every morning they had this cold cuts and salad and nobody touched it. Noodles on the warmer was usually always soggy.
Tbh the local meals are so cheap like 30-60k or 1-2 dollars a meal and this wasn't a deal breaker for me.
With all that, the money I paid to what I received felt like a great deal and want to appreciate Rich at this facility

The staff are absolutely incredibly kind, helpful, supportive, and welcoming. They have excellent English and hospitality skills and treat you like family. The hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location. We loved it there!!!

旧市街にある小さめの、インテリアが素敵なホテルです。
設備は少し古くなってきていますが、清潔でシャワーのお湯も十分に出ます。
アメニティはシャンプー、ボディーソープ、石鹸のみなので、コンディショナーと化粧水類は持参した方が良いです。
スタッフはフレンドリーで英語が話せます。
特にkiliさんは日本語が話せて素晴らしいスタッフです。旅行前の空港送迎やスパの予約も的確に対応してくれました。
朝食は種類が豊富で、ベジタリアン用のメニューもあります。
スパは予約時のみオープンにしているようでしたが、全ての疲れが取れるような素晴らしい施術で感激しました。
次回の旅行でもリピートすると思います。

We had a lovely room that was great value for money. The staff were fantastic and so helpful. We had a great stay at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone wanting a budget friendly option for Hanoi.

We wanted to stay longer but we left the booking to long but they found us another hotel and forward our laundry over,great service

The hotel is stylishly decorated and has all the amenities we wanted. The real value for us, however, was the staff at the front desk. They were kind and thoughtfully recommended excellent hidden cafes/street vendors. Highly recommend staying at this hotel so you have access to these helpful people!

Sfeer en personeel was zeer goed. Het ontbijt ook heel goed maar wat beperkt. Als je lang verblijft wellicht wat eentonig. Kamers zijn wat klein maar alles zit er in. Locatie was ook zeer goed, midden in het centrum. Overall genoten!

This property was an ideally located in the Hanoi Old Quarter. Everything was within easy walking distance. The staff was very welcoming and very helpful in stetting up tours and providing information regarding local points of interest. The room was very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed using the balcony in the afternoon. Breakfast, included in the room rate, had good western and Asian choices. The only negative thing was very limited English Language TV channels (no BBC, CNN, DW news options). I mentioned this to the Manager and he said it was a very common compliant and he was bringing to the attention of the hotel owners with the suggestions that such channels be included from the hotel cable provider. I would totally recommend this hotel a great place to stay when visiting Hanoi.

The hotel is new, very clean with excellent service. Breakfast is great. Great Location. I have one problem is the noise, I heard everything happened in the hotel start from 6am.(plus construction niose), because of the high ceiling that go through from the frist floor right up to the top. Better ask them to aviod this kind a room.

Nice room but old bathroom and not clean , bad signal of tv cable can't watch anything...no tv news anyway...nice staff , good location but busy road...windows glass are too thin can hear cars and bikes... breakfast was ok

The hotel is in the heart of old Town Hanoi. There rooms were very nicely done, but on the smaller side as would be expected in a central City hotel. The stag was amazing, breakfast was delicious... The only problem was they were doing construction in the building behind the hotel. It was nothing to do with the Grander, but because of the nose they moved us to rooms away from the contraction. The staff at the Grande were amazing. We would definitely return.

Wonderfully friendly and eager staff which makes the overall experience all the more disappointing - I felt bad for them! Two major complaints - the noise from other rooms in the hotel and on-going building work is intense and far beyond what is acceptable. Secondly, I didn’t have hot water in the morning - which meant a cold shower at 4am before getting the train South. Just not OK. I would not recommend this hotel as I think quieter hotels with hot water could be found for a similar price in the same area of Hanoi.

The property is centrally located and very clean. The service staff are attentive and service is generally good. Breakfast was simple but sumptuous. Our room was a Triple room but we found the size to be a bit smaller than we would like. Also our room had a small window but overlooking the wall of an adjacent building. So there is not enough natural light. Despite these drawbacks it was overall, a good choice considering the price we paid.

I like the property since it’s centrally located in old city of Hanoi so you don’t have to walk far to do a lot of sight seeing but it was noisy due to the traffic. Overall it’s a good location if you’re staying for a couple of days.

Location its very good , just a problem with the renovation work( starts at 7 am) of the building next to the hotel.Very helpful staff room clean and new as illustrated in the photos, good breakfast. i will stay there next time

신설호텔이라 정보가 별로 없어서 불안했어요. 그래서 구글검색 한 다음 예약했는데 시설도 너무 깔끔하고, 직원이 진짜정말 친절하네요.
조식도 나쁘지 않고 저렴한 가격에 잘 쉬다 왔어요:)

The hotel is very pretty but the staff makes it a completely unique experience. They really took care of us during our hectic and unpredictable stay at the hotel. Lily arranged c an amazing, private tour of ninh Binh in couple of minutes. When we missed our flight, lily and the rest of the staff arranged our transportation to the airport and checked on us if we made it 😁
Also, breakfast was delicious
