The hotel itself is lovely and was a pleasant surprise. The staff were amazing in their friendliness. The rooftop breakfast was also good, though we were disappointed that the rooftop bar was not open in the evenings. We didn’t try the pool. The one drawback is that there is considerable street noise from a lively neighborhood.

The staff is very nice and professional. The location is on the edge of old town but close to walk everywhere. The roof bar doesn’t open any more. The breakfast is very good. The rooms are small with no view but bathroom is nice. I would stay here again because the price is very affordable.

Great stay here in October 2024, the staff arranged a taxi to collect us from the airport which was very helpful, Penny on reception was very helpful and gave us information about the surrounding area and how to get fo certain places! The room was spotless, huge bed and everything we could want. We were at the front of the property and despite being able to hear the horns of vehicles and a lady speaking through a loudspeaker early in the morning, it didn't spoil our stay. Breakfast was good, always had something on to suit most tastes. Location is ideal, we were able to walk to the night markets, Bia street, and Train Street, tuk tuks and taxis are very frequent outside the hotel if needed. Overall a very nice hotel and perfect for our few nights here before moving on!

Property is right next to the old quarter so lots going on around the area and close some great food and drink options. Staff were amazing and always very helpful. Property was clean. Only negatives were that, our room had a window next to what was a kind of chimney thing which was a little bit noisy in the morning when breakfast was being prepared.

Rooms were very clean, breakfast good and the location was only 2 small steps away from the Oldtown. The Staff (Annie) was very friendly and helpfull. My wife forgot her iphone in the Lobby but gladly Annie found and returned it. Highly recommended. Will return when we are back in Hanoi.

Annie at the reception was amazing - nice, welcoming and always helpful!! But all the staff was very polite - 5 Stars! The rooms are modern but the walls could need a repainting. My room was directly facing the big street - even with ear plugs (provided by the hotel) it was hard to sleep.

Situated at the edge of the Old Quarter next to a busy road junction, but surprisingly quiet considering. Overly attentive front desk staff bordering on irritating. Room was modern and well-appointed, minibar fridge inefficient though. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, TV's there for decoration only (not connected to anything).

Celina est la meilleure elle est partout au resto à la réception etc elle parle très bien anglais ce qui facilite grandement la communication elle nous a préparé un petit déjeuner pour apporter puisqu’on quittait très tôt et que le resto n’était pas encore ouvert personnel très serviable chambre confortable eau chaude très bien situé au cœur de la ville je recommande fortement 😁

Very attentive staff, excellent location with everything in the old quarter walkable. Rooms were very soundproofed from the outside (which in Hanoi is excellent), but less so for internal rooms. We had loud neighbors one night and we could hear them clearly. They were also smoking and the air filtration sent the smoke straight into our room. Staff was very apologetic the next day but of course that’s not their fault at all! Overall highly recommend, very comfortable stay with easy ride from airport for about $16 USD.

Nice small family driven hotel, nicely situated close to everything. But on the negative side a room without window and according to the description a pool nearby, which wasn't an option anymore makes a huge impact on our rating negatively. But besides this nice and clean with friendly and very helpful staff.

I stayed for two night at this hotel. The staffs are very helpful and polite. The hotel is very clean and refresh whenever you entered their entrance. I also love their breakfast menu everyday. It is also super close to all the restaurant and gift shop. I will definitely return for the future trip.

Small hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Backside of the hotel is facing a busy street so be prepared to hear some road noises and hooking starting around 6 am.

Nice and friendly staff but the cleanliness isn’t their strongest area. My room was dusty, the floor and sheets had stains and the drain in the shower did not work.

짧은 레이오버 숙소로 적당. 늦은시간 체크인 이었음에도 친절한 응대. 숙소 구조나 3인실 싱글베드가 엑스트라 베드여서 가성비는 별로이나 하루숙박하기에는 나쁘지 않음.

Fantastic value. Hanoi is an expensive city and this comfortable new oasis fits the bill! Super comfy beds, the LOVELIEST most helpful staff. Housekeeping team is so sweet as well as the front desk. They helped us unload right when we arrived and we’re all there to greet us a goodbye. Xin Ciao Hanoi Fiesta! We hope to return. ❤️

スタッフがとても感じがよく丁寧に対応してくれました。清潔感や立地も問題なく素晴らしいです。コンセントは日本のプラグがそのまま刺さります。200V以上対応の電化製品なら問題なく使用可能です。1点気になった点は、初日にチェックインした際に予約した部屋から別の部屋に変えられてしまった点。このホテルの新館ができたとのことで、部屋のグレードや料金は変わりませんでしたが予約したホテルの場所とは違った場所のホテルでした。ホアンキエム湖に近く結果的には問題なかったですが、少しドキドキしました。部屋が変わるのであれば一方欲しかったですね。あとはすべて良好です。

We used Hanoi as a base for part of our trip to Vietnam, coming and going over the course of a few weeks. Every time we stayed in Hanoi, we stayed at Fiesta, and I'm so glad we did. The hotel is clean and very nice, the beds are soft, the complimentary breakfast is delicious, and most importantly, the staff are friendly and helpful. It's also in a great location in the Old Quarter. I would highly recommend Fiesta to anyone staying in Hanoi.

당일에 특별 할인된 가격으로 예약했는데 방이 없다고 같은 호텔 2호점인가..ㅎㅎ 자매호텔로 옮겼습니다. 방 컨디션은 달랐고, 뭐 옮긴거 때문인지 방을 업그레이드 해줬습니다. fiesta grand 호텔로 옮겼어요. 로비에 있는 직원이 정말 친절하고 덕분에 기분이 참 좋았습니다. 그 외에는 그냥저냥 무난했어요~ 조식도 무난

하노이 호텔 중에 청결상태는 특A급이라고 생각합니다. 큰길에서 들리는 소음이 조금 있습니다. 다음에 재방문하겠습니다.
